A sure sign that my neighbourhood is gentrifying rapidly, is the sudden abundance of "cockapoo" dogs, a.k.a. "spoodle", a.k.a. "Waitrose dog" (I don't know what the US equivalent to Waitrose is.)

"Cockapoo is an apt name, however, as they always seem to be in the act of doing one or the other. Maybe they should be called "Excreta dogs"
